The practice
Residential is the studio’s longest-running practice. Most of our villa, bungalow and full-home projects are 4,000 to 12,000 sq ft turnkey commissions in Pune’s premium neighbourhoods and weekend-home corridors. We work slowly and personally — one senior designer leads the project from brief to handover, no junior handoffs, no template packages.

How we work
A long, careful conversation about how you live or work. Site visit, brief, budget, timelines.
Mood boards, 3D walkthroughs, material palettes. Two design directions, refined until you love one.
Detailed drawings, joinery shop-drawings, vendor finalisation, BOQs. Nothing leaves the studio half-resolved.
Site execution under our senior project lead. Weekly walkthroughs, single accountable contract.
